Get to know Veronika
Veronika is a Senior Business Analyst with over 15 years of experience in requirements and business process work across a range of industries and system implementations.
Her experience spans energy, agriculture, healthcare, and environmental services covering ERP and CRM implementations, system replacements, and building BA and process practices within organisations. She works across the full project lifecycle — discovery, process mapping, requirements definition, configuration alignment, and UAT – and is comfortable working with technical teams, operational stakeholders, and senior leadership alike.
Veronika is an active IIBA member who genuinely enjoys working through the problem with the people closest to it - and tends to focus on what will actually work in practice, not just what looks right on paper.
Of interest
Outside of work, Veronika spends time with her family, friends & is usually active – running, gym, hiking, camping or heading to the mountains to ski (qualified instructor, though her students may dispute that). Swedish-born, she has a natural affinity for Scandinavia but has travelled widely across Europe, Asia and beyond. She’s also a regular supporter of the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.
