Get to know Michelle
Michelle is an experienced project management and business analysis professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the IT industry across Australia, the United Kingdom, and Central Europe. Her career has focused on project delivery, business analysis, facilitation, consulting, and capability development.
Michelle first attained her PRINCE2® Practitioner certification in 2002 and has successfully applied project management best practices to deliver large and complex initiatives across a range of industries, including retail banking and telecommunications. Beginning her career as a software developer, she has a strong understanding of the full systems development lifecycle and is able to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Throughout her career, Michelle has managed projects using both predictive (waterfall) and agile delivery approaches.
Since 2014, Michelle has specialised in the delivery of professional training in project management, agile delivery, business analysis, and scaled agile frameworks. Drawing on extensive real-world experience, she translates theory into practical workplace application, enabling participants to gain a deeper understanding of framework principles and how they can be effectively tailored to suit different organisational environments.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC), Michelle brings expertise in both traditional and agile ways of working, helping organisations and individuals develop the skills required to deliver successful outcomes in complex environments. Her practical experience across project delivery, agile transformation, coaching, and organisational change enables her to provide valuable insights that bridge the gap between theory and practice.
