Marshal is an independent senior project management and process improvement consultant with extensive hands-on experience across industries. Having led complex projects in oil and gas, infrastructure, EPC, ERP, and government sectors, he now advises organisations on enhancing project delivery, bringing over 18 years of industry experience.

Marshal is a passionate educator, he teaches at the University of Sydney and UNSW at the master’s level, sharing his insights with future leaders. To date, he has delivered over 7,000 hours of professional training workshops, equipping organizations and individuals with cutting-edge skills.

His qualifications, including an MBA, PMP, PMI-CP, PRINCE2, Agile, and Risk Management Professional, reflect his commitment to excellence and growth.

Recently, Marshal has expanded his focus to sustainability, ESG, and AI in project management, driving innovation at the forefront of modern project delivery.
