Get to know Chris
Chris is an experienced executive manager and management consultant, with significant experience in both modes. He has deep skills in strategic business planning, information systems planning and business transformation. He’s passionate about planning for and delivering change which creates enduring business value. He’s comfortable equally around the Board table and on the shop floor. He’s calm, considered and insightful.
Chris has a particular skill in quickly getting to the nub of a problem, explaining it simply and clearly, and working with teams to develop and implement resolution. People enjoy working with Chris.
Chris’ career has been involved with the conception, introduction, and management of change: create the vision, develop the strategy, execute the plan, make the change stick.
Of interest
Chris was a trustee on the Trust Board of the Christchurch Music Centre during the planning and building of the new performance facility in central Christchurch, The Piano, following the Christchurch earthquakes.
